Required documents for Redemption:
• Fully completed and signed original Gift Redemption Form
• Original sales order confirmation or original tax invoice/receipt
• Original cut-out serial number from packaging or photo of serial number of actual product
• Delivery note
• If redemption party is different from name of customer in invoice, please provide Authorization letter to collect on behalf, duly signed by customer & proxy. (no redemption is allowed by retailers or Whirlpool staff on behalf of customers).
For purchases with delivery scheduled after the redemption period, free gifts must be redeemed within 2 weeks from the date of delivery.
*Whirlpool reserves the right to modify free gifts in the event of an out of stock situation.
