Mix the tomatoes with the parmesan cheese, chopped basil, crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Smear the ingredients on the bread and bake in oven with Cook4 function at 180°C for 5 minutes.

Carrot Soufflé
Ingredients
4 cooked and mashed carrots
1 tablespoon of butter
1 grated onion
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of flour + half cup water
100 g of chopped cheese (cheddar)
3 separate egg yolks and egg whites.
Method of preparation
Cook the carrots and mash, season with salt and set aside.
In a pan place the butter, the grated onion and fry.
Dissolve the flour in half cup water. Place the dissolved flour in the milk with the egg yolks.
Put the chopped cheese in the pan over low flame. Let it thicken, remove from heat and add the mashed carrot. Mix well and put the egg whites in.
Place in a baking dish greased with butter and bake in the oven with Cook4 function at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Minced Beef Eggplant Lasagna
Ingredients
4 eggplants, sliced thinly
300g of tomatoes sauce
300g of minced beef
1 bottle of sour cream or ricotta cream
2 tsp of olive oil
1 large red onions
250g of cheddar/ mozzarella
150g of parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp of pepper
Method of preparation
Take the eggplants and slice thinly. Sear in pan with some olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Meat sauce: First chop the onions and put them inside the pan with the olive oil to fry. Then, add the minced beef , salt and pepper. After the meat is cooked, add half of the tomatoes sauce to it. Afterwards, put the sour cream or ricotta cream.
Take one casserole and put some tomatoes sauce as the base.
Now you can begin to do the lasagna layers: On the first layer, put some eggplants. On the second layer, put all of the meat sauce. On the third layer put the mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
Repeat step 4 till ingredients finish.
Finish off the layering with parmesan cheese and bake in the oven with Cook4 function at 180°C for 20 mins.

Chocolate Ganache Brownie with Almond Flakes
Dough
2 tbsp butter
1 cup of sugar
3 whole eggs
2 cups of powdered chocolate
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
0.5 cup of milk
Topping
1 can of sour cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
1 spoon(dessert) of butter
sliced almonds
Method of preparation
Dough
Separate egg yolks from whites and beat egg whites, set aside
Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer at high speed until they form a cream.
Gradually add the rest of the ingredients and continue beating until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Finally, mix the egg whites with a spoon.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured rectangular shape. bake in the oven with Cook4 function at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Topping
Place all the ingredients in a pan, bring to the stove at medium temperature and stir to slow boil.
With the cake still hot, pour the icing over it. Decorate with almond flakes.
