Whirlpool will participate in the National Environment Agency's Climate Friendly Households Programme (the "CFHP") from 14 April 2025 to 31 December 2027. Under the CFHP, eligible households can now receive $400 in Climate Vouchers ($300 + additional $100 on or around 15 April 2025) which will be applicable for selected products on Whirlpool Online Store from 10 April 2025 (delivery of purchased products from 15 April 2025). Whirlpool reserves the right to reject order if Whirlpool believes, in its sole discretion, that the usage of the Climate Voucher(s) is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
| 1) If I want to cancel the order and return the product, will my climate voucher be refunded? |
- No. Climate Vouchers cannot be refunded once scanned.
| 2) Can I exchange the products bought with Climate vouchers? |
- Products purchased under climate vouchers can only be exchanged for eligible products of the same or higher value under the climate voucher program
| 3) If I redeem my climate voucher for a product of a lower value, will I be able to get a refund for the difference amount? |
- No, unfortunately we will not be able to refund any difference amount.
| 4) Are Printed Vouchers Acceptable? |
- Yes, please make sure the QR codes on your vouchers are not damaged/ scratched off, and that you have sufficient valid voucher amount.
| 5) Which Whirlpool products are eligible for climate voucher redemption? |
- Refrigerators Models (3 Ticks and Above)
- Washing Machines Models (4 Ticks)
| 6) Can I use climate vouchers in other denominations other than $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $350 & $400? |
- No, unfortunately we currently only accept vouchers in these denominations.
| 7) Is Whirlpool accepting climate vouchers online or upon delivery? |
- No, unfortunately we are only accepting vouchers only at our office showroom located at 9 Tampines Grande, #05-21/22 Asia Green, Singapore 528735. Please ensure you book a slot before visiting as we are unable to attend to walk-in customers.
