Required Documents for Redemption:
• Fully completed and signed original gift redemption form (not applicable for purchases made on whirlpool.com.sg).
• Original sales order confirmation or original tax invoice/receipt.
• Original cut-out serial number from packaging or photo of serial number of actual product.
• Delivery note.
• If redemption party is different from the name of customer in invoice, please provide authorization letter to collect on behalf, duly signed by customer & proxy (no redemption is allowed by retailers or Whirlpool staff on behalf of customers).
• Offer is valid for the products delievered till 30th September 2024, gift with purchase offer is not valid for products delievered after 30th of September 2024.
*Whirlpool reserves the right to modify free gifts in the event of an out of stock situation.
