| How Do I redeem Climate Voucher for Whirlpool Products |
1) In order to claim your climate voucher with us, please book a timeslot to visit our showroom using the below ‘Book Now’ button
2) Upon booking your slot. You will receive a confirmation email on your shared email Id.
3) Please visit our showroom as per your allocated time located at 9 Tampines Grande, #05-21/22 Asia Green, Singapore 528735 to complete your purchase.
4) Upon arrival at our showroom, our staff will help you scan the voucher and claim the value you wish to redeem.
5) Once the value is successfully claimed, we will help you place an order for the desired product you wish to purchase on our website by providing a discount code to offset the voucher value you have claimed with us.
6) After the order has been successfully placed, our team will deliver the unit to you on the chosen delivery date.
7) Please ensure that you carry your personal identification documents, e.g. NRIC and/or utility bills are ready for verification against your Climate Vouchers on the day you visit us for your appointment You may refer to the Climate Vouchers T&C for more information.
8) Climate voucher can only be redeemed in denominations of $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $350, $400.
